Minor enhancements for the Next® admins and specialists, August 2020

It is no secret that the primary target of our enhancements are the business users, or end users, of Next®. Still, providing ease of use, and increased productivity to those who admin or configure Next® also make great sense.

For this release we have collected the following minor enhancements targeted the admins and specialists:

Enhancement Issue
Add documents made smarter with new Extractors NEXT-3306

Extractors lets you automatically enrich documents when they are added to Next®.
The user will save time and see a smarter Next®
The two new Extractors can give you the actual file name and any named file attribute – for example the description.   

Data forms enhanced NEXT-3311

Data forms now display read-only fields with associated description from a data provider.
Customer number followed by company name, account number followed by account name etc.  

Standard BPMN processes  NEXT-2925
Vastly improved support for translatable standard BPMN processes.
A newly introduced Task ID makes it possible to have a single tested BPMN process translation into several languages for distribution. 

Performance optimization NEXT-3376

Memory consumption when using our Next® PDF archive option has been optimized

Full meta data support in Next®  for SAP®.

Now you can update and reindex any document from SAP based on metadata extracted from your SAP® solution.
