Minor enhancements for the people using Next®, August 2020
We are happy to flag every new and enhance feature in Next® with its own release note. Still, some of the enhancements are relevant to only a select few, and those we collect in this list for documentation.
For this release we have collected the following minor enhancements targeted the admins and end user:
|Share documents as link improved||NEXT-2815|
Share as a link is enhanced to handle several documents and to update business log
Multi-media files in Next® made smarter
|Selecting columns to show eases search
When you hide columns in your hit lists, the search panel above is now reduced to reflect your selection
|Showing many related documents better
If you have more tabs in your relevant documents than it is possible to display, Next® will now show a scroll bar.
|Re-indexing documents made easier||NEXT-3428|
|When you re-categorize a document to a new type, Next® now remembers the relevant data from the original type. No need to type the customer number again.|
