Reorder attached files

New feature for those who work with documents in Next®.

In Next® any given document can have one or more attachments.

Examples:

  • A purchase invoice with terms and conditions plus several certificates.
  • A store lease contract with drawings and other appendixes.
  • Excel sheet with an archive version in PDF.

New:

Document with multiple files

By default, the individual files are shown in the order, by which they were added to Next®.

If you dislike this order – either because you prefer the appendices sorted by id, or because you prefer the PDF version to be shown before the actual Excel sheet – you may now simply reorder the files to your liking.
