Minor enhancements for the people using Next®, December 21
We are happy to flag every new and enhanced feature in Next® with its own release note. Still, some of the enhancements are relevant to only a select few, and those we collect in this list for documentation.
For this release we have collected the following minor enhancements targeted the admins and end user:
|Classification added as search option in Next® Mailroom||NEXT-4254|
You can now search for the Document Classification when you use Search forms in Next® Mailroom. This is particular relevant if you want setup topic specific shared inboxes - e.g. Auto related claims in an insurance company.
Default Google-like search with full-text optimized
When you perform a full-text search in Next® it involves comprehensive linguistic features such as stemming, synonyms, and term proximity to find all possible combinations of any of the words you search for. The result is then presented in a ranked order, with the most relevant suggestions first. The more words you specify, the more documents you'll find.
|Power indexing enabled in Next® Process for Customs declarations||NEXT-4277|
|Dramatically improved efficiency for the users verifying and correcting data on received documents.|
|Edit a new copy now also available for documents on a process||NEXT-4210|
|You may now use the functionality to Edit a new copy of a document, based on a document you have in your task list.|
|Set to purchase invoice improved||NEXT-4258|
|When you - in Next® invoices - set an invoice you have started as a cost invoice to be a purchase invoice, Next® will now assign the purchaser as the approver.|
|Set to purchase and Set to cost, for multiple invoices||NEXT-4257|
|You may now select multiple cost invoices, and set them to be purchase invoices, in one go. The same applies to Set to cost invoice. A real time saver if you have many each day.|
|Next® Mailroom processes made more resilient||NEXT-4269|
|If automatic indexing fails because of an error with the Transformation engine, a manual task is automatically generated for an operator to retry. Now Next® automatically retries after 3 hours.|
