Easy list of expiring documents

New feature that makes it easier to manage expiring documents.

In Next® you can use Expiration Policies to setup that any document of a certain category automatically expires after a predefined period of time. For example that all financial documents expire 6 years after the fiscal year they belong to. Setting expiration of documents have become increasingly important with the implementation of GDPR.

Delete Expiring Documents lets you delete all the documents that according to your setup are expired.

The new search form, Expiring documents, lets you list all the documents you have that are expired - or will any time soon. And maybe export them to Excel for documentation.

Chose the search form in your favorites. Specify what period you wish to list.

An easy list of all expired documents, ready to export to Excel.

If you wish to document your purge, Click Export to Excel.

For the techies

The search form is delivered marked as 'hidden', to avoid it popping up in anyone's UI.

In each archive you'd like to use the search, unhide it. Remember to define permissions reflecting whom it is relevant for.

To make this list we have made a new search filter available - Expiration Date filter.

You may use this filter in any search form you define.
