Minor enhancements for the Next® admins and consultants, February 2020
It is no secret that the primary target of our enhancements are the business users, or end users, of Next®. Still, providing ease of use, and increased productivity to those who admin or configure Next® also make great sense.
For this release we have collected the following minor enhancements targeted the admins and consultants:
You now see a preview of the top banner and sign in logos, when you customize the branding in Next®. This makes it easier to select the right image.
Configuration of accounting in Next® Invoices is moved to the admin part of the Next® UI. You no longer need to configure accounting using the JMX tool. The more configuration we get into the UI, the easier Next® is to setup and run.
Expired Documents filter added to search forms. Lets you include expired date, in search forms.
|Document Captures now have the possibility to file a provided index file as content. This makes sense when an XML file is both the index file, and the document you want to archive in Next®.||NEXT-3008|
