Next® certified according to ISAE 3000 and IDW PS 880 (Digital audit compliance)
Next® has undergone a long and scrutinizing investigation by IT auditors from KPMG Germany, with the purpose of verifying that Next® can be an element in a legally valid setup for digital bookkeeping, including the processing purchase invoices and archiving of financial documents.
We, and our customers, have known this for decades. Now we have the certificate to prove it.
The certification process is now completed, and Next®is certified according to the German IDW PS 880 (GoBD) and the international ISAE 3000 standard.
For the techies
The certification for audit compliance only applies to new and updated installations of Next® 2.0 (version 1.8.0.114 and newer).
If you run Next® 1.0, or an older version of Next® 2.0, we encourage you to update immediately. In general, you should never allow your Next® to be more than 3-6 months behind the current update level. Outdated software is inefficient and dangerous.
Additional information
In order for you to gain access to the actual certification documents, we must follow strict KPMG protocols. Please call your local Nextway contact to arrange for this to happen.
Commercial terms and conditions
The updates required for Next® to be certified, are all available at no additional cost, to users with an active service plan. Any consultancy assistance will be invoiced.
