Bugs and other creeps, annoying Next® admins and specialists, February 2022

Unfortunately, we also from time to time introduce bugs and other annoying behavior in Next®, that may not directly affect end users, but instead annoy the people who set up and administrate Next®.

For this release we have eliminated the following bugs and annoying behaviors, affecting admins and specialists.

Business date on item types can now again be configured to be another field than creation date.

Next® can now resume automatically from restricted state due to low storage capacity, even if it is doing an index optimization.

Migrated repository fields no longer challenges the Add document dialog with name conflicts.

Large text documents and documents with large full text representation are no longer an issue for the UI.

Email with empty body sections, now again provide a full-text representation to the Mailroom processing.

When using static local endpoints in Next® Mailroom we now recreate the document if it remains in the same archive - instead of adding the document again.

Membership of the built-in user group Next® Product Admins with security access is now sufficient to maintain API keys in Next®.
