Conditioned PDF archive watermarks for Confidential, GDPR sensitive, and other uses
The watermark capability of the Next® PDF Archive Automation gets new and powerful conditional logic that makes it a breeze to automatically mark documents that are confidential, GDPR sensitive, Draft edition, or in any other important document state.
Watermarks lets you immediately recognize the status of a document. And, protects it when it is shared.
In addition to the original Archive information watermark, Next® now comes with built-in watermark policies for:
- Copy
- Confidentiality (x, y, z)
- Edition management (x, y, z)
- Electronic signature
- GDPR Classification (x, y, z)
- Status (Expired)
- Test document

Clearly marking all documents from your sandbox helps you avoid mistakes
At the same time, the original Archive information watermark has been updated to reflect the new extended edition information
Each of the built in watermarks come with their own predefined placement to avoid conflicts when multiple watermarks apply.
