Whenever you process a long list of tasks in Next® - either because you have a to approve a number of documents, or because you have to type in data from the documents (so called fast index) you enjoy the Approve and next, and maybe also Reject and next, that take you directly to the next task at hand.
But what if the next task in the list is something you cannot process? Maybe it has to wait for someone else to pick it up. Or simply for the next time you process this list of tasks. Maybe you could use Put on hold, but again that's not really your need. You just want to skip it, and continue to the next task.
This is exactly what Skip to next does.
Skip to next is a new option when you work with tasks in Next®.
For the techies
Next time you process the list of tasks, the skipped tasks will be included again.
