Put on hold and automatically resume task

New feature for those who work with tasks in Next® - approving invoices, submitting expenses, reviewing contracts, or something completely different.

As you work your way through your task list, you sometimes know that a specific task cannot be completed for the time being. Maybe you are waiting for a Credit Note, or for the advice from an external legal expert.

To reduce the clutter in your task list, you can click Put on hold, and hide the task in your normal task list. To get the task back into you normal task list, you click Resume task.

Now we add the capability of having the task automatically reappear in you task list after a period of time.

Just tell Next® on what date  you want the task to reappear.

Put on hold  lets you postpone the processing of a task until any given time

Once the day come, your task will automatically re-appear in your task list. If you want to processes it ahead of time - maybe your Credit Note arrived early - just use Resume task as before.

Smart new feature that will save you lots of clicks and thoughts, if you process many tasks in Next®.

When a task is put on hold, you can easily see this.

Task is put on hold until 31.03.21

For the techies

A scheduled job that checks for tasks to be resumed whenever the Next®server is started and at the start of each day is automatically created.

You may change the time of day, when the actual check is made.
