Minor enhancements for the people using Next®, March 2022
We are happy to flag every new and enhanced feature in Next® with its own release note. Still, some of the enhancements are relevant to only a select few, and those we collect in this list for documentation.
For this release we have collected the following minor enhancements targeted the admins and end user:
|One-click Edit PDF with Forms||Issue|
The One-click Edit of PDF now supports also PDFs with form fields.
|Digitally signed PDFs displayed without Watermarks||NEXT-4458|
|To allow the user access to the original digitally signed PDF, Next® will for now refrain from adding a Watermark even if the PDF in question is covered by a PDF Watermark policy. In a later release, Next® will allow you to toggle between the digitally signed original and the watermarked copy.||NEXT-4467|
|Notification center enhanced to cope with more notifications||NEXT-4488|
|As we add new notification services to Next® we have found the need for adding a scrollbar to your list of notifications.
In a soon to come release we will group the increasing number of services.
Full-text indexing of emails without limitations
Being able to do a full text search into the content of emails and their attachments is an immensely powerful tool. Now we take this beyond it's limits by indexing also emails containing emails containing emails containing...
|Authorized user get in control of vital invoice data||NEXT-4477|
|In order to process your invoices efficiently, selected users may need access to override the Invoice due date, Invoice posting date, and even the Invoice number. Individual users or groups of users may be authorized to modify one or more the the above mentioned invoice data.|
|Option to report invoice date with or without VAT||NEXT-4484|
|Next® Invoices now works equally well if it makes more sense for you to process invoices based on the gross amount including VAT. Most users of Next® Invoices process based on net amounts - excluding VAT - but the choice is yours.|
