Next® Approve lets you view, accept, reject, comment, and delegate any purchase invoice using your mobile.

Next® Approve is not meant as a replacement tool for the power-user in Accounts Payable, but as a new option for the approver who is not always at their desk.
The business log
Any thing you do - Accept, Reject, Comment etc. - Next® Approve is logged in the business log. No difference if you do it using your PC or your mobile.

Future enhancements
In a coming release of Next® Approve, you will be able to access also historic documents from the Next® Enterprise Archive.
For the techies
Next® Approve is available for iOS and Android.
All communication is encrypted, and no documents are stored on the device.
Access is protected by user id and password, with the option of having multiple profiles for Q&A and training.

The free license to Next® Approve allows you to use the standard setup. If you wish to alter or extend this setup, this will require a paid license.
