Switch between multiple views in your searches and folders

Smart productivity enhancing feature for those who work actively in Next®.

Whenever you have a list of documents in Next® - from a search or in a folder - you can tailor the layout and the content of that list.

Going forward, you can now easily switch between multiple views of the same list of documents.

For Contracts view #1 may contain name and counterpart information, view #2 details on renegotiation and cancellation, and view #3 the financial details.

This way you can keep a clean and easy-to-use user interface, and still get all the information you need.

Click Settings to change view between the traditional list view and the newer card view.

The first time you see the list, you will see it's primary view. If you switch to one of the alternative views, Next® will remember this for the future.

For the techies

For all Search forms and Folders, you have a primary view, and a number of alternative views.

Future enhancements

In a soon to come release, all default lists in Next® will be enhanced with an alternative view in card layout. This way we give you the option to easily choose your preferred layout.

In a future release of Next® you will also be able to switch to a view with a graphical representation - a pie chart, a bar chart, or a line chart.
