Next® Go - all your documents and tasks in the palm of your hand
New important feature for those who work with documents in Next® away from the office.
Next® Go - your enterprise archive in the palm of your hands
Our mobile app - Next® Approve - now provides secure access to your entire enterprise archive, and not only to your approval tasks.
That's why Next® Approve becomes Next® Go.
Work with your tasks in Next® Go.
Next® Go still lets you view, approve, reject, view, comment, and delegate any task such as approving an invoice, or submitting an expense.
Find, View, Approve, Reject, Delegate, and Comment on tasks.
Whatever tasks you resolve in Next® Go, are of course immediately removed from your task list on your computer.
Work with your documents in Next® Go
Next® Go now also lets you find, view, pin, unpin, comment, and share any business document using your mobile.
List documents in categories. Pin and Unpin documents. And view the document details.
Next® Go is not meant as a replacement tool for the power-user handling contracts with 500 pages and 50 appendices. Next® Go is a new option for the business person who is not always at their desk.
Work seamlessly across devices
- Pin 8 relevant documents on your PC before visiting your customer.
- Once your are at the customer, you see your 8 pinned documents on your mobile.
- Maybe Add a comment to one, and Unpin another that turned out not to be relevant anyway.
- Back home, you Combine PDF's, and Share the result with the customer in an email.
Working digital. From anywhere.
The business log
Any thing you do in Next® Go is logged in the business log.
Exactly as when you do it in Next® from your PC.
In a future release you will also be able to add documents to Next® from Next® Go.
For the techie ones
Next® Go is available for iOS and Android.
The initial release of the app comes with the October 2020 release, and is ready for download from Apple App Store and Google Play 2 weeks later .
