One-click create and edit a copy of a document in Next®

A new feature that makes it easier to create new documents in Next®.

Whenever you create a new customer offer in Word, a price list in Excel™, or a product presentation in PowerPoint™ chances are that you don't start from scratch. Either you find a existing offer or price list, or to have a catalog of company templates to chose from.  No matter what you preferred approach is, Next® will now support you better.

Find the document or template you want to use. Instead of Edit, click arrow down, and select Edit a new copy.

Next® will now ask you for the document details - the document type and the required metadata, suggesting the values from your original. Then Next® brings up the editor - Word™, Excel™, PowerPoint, or even Adobe Acrobat of you are making PDFs.

Make your adjustments, and close the editor, knowing that your new document is safely stored in Next®. And already with a PDF version on record, if you have  Next® PDF Archive Automation.
