New functionality for those who use Microsoft SharePoint together with Next®.
The connector allows you to work seamlessly with documents in both SharePoint and Next®.
- Archive a document in Next®, and access it from SharePoint as a link.
- Archive a document in Next®, and access it from SharePoint as copy.
- Store a document in SharePoint, and access it in Next® as a link.
- Store a document in SharePoint, and access it in Next® as an archive copy.
- Search for documents in Next®, from within SharePoint.

For the techie ones
Next® SharePoint Connector works with SharePoint on prem and SharePoint 365. And with Next® on prem, or in the cloud.
Next® SharePoint Connector is developed in close collaboration with Pointwork - a Copenhagen based company with in depth knowledge of SharePoint. Unless you have all the relevant SharePoint resources, Pointwork is our first choice for implementation.

Future enhancements
For a later release, we are evaluating the feasibility in storing complete team sites from SharePoint in Next®. And possibly bringing them back to life in SharePoint later.
Commercial terms and conditions
This functionality is available as a separate feature for several Next® products.
The functionality comes with a software license fee.
And any consultancy assistance will be invoiced.
